We work with you to make sure the right communication tools are in place from day one. This can be as straightforward as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms, or integrated directly with your existing software and workflows. Any subscription costs for third-party tools are at the client's expense, though in many cases you may already have licences that cover your offshore team too.
